Kucice is a village in the heart of Dalmatia and is located on a small plateau by the river Cetina, 12 km away from Omis. According to the well-known written documents, the village of Kucici was first mentioned in the historical document of the Duke of Omis, George II Subic, dating from 1315. There are two archaeological sites here:
– Medieval Cementery “Greblje”
– Archeological site “Pločje” (housing complex from 3rd century)
